The Ballroom Thieves brought their electric folk sound to the Hi-Fi in Indianapolis, Indiana at the kickoff of their autumn tour. This darling indie group began their set with hit songs from their latest record, clouds, including "Worldender" and "In the Morning." the energy from the band and the crowd only increased as the night progressed - Even the security guards and bartenders couldn’t help but sway to the smooth, seductive guitar tones that perfectly transitioned into head-banging indie rock jams.
towards the end of their set, the crowd swooned at the dreamy melodies that make up the ballroom thieves’ most popular song, "bees." lovers were brought closer together and the hearts of the entire venue were warmed. no doubt about it, there’s something special about this band and the affect their music has on anyone lucky enough to experience it.
