The Plaza Live (Orlando, FL)

Pop-punk band New Found Glory took to the road at the end of January, just one week after releasing their 12th full-length album. The “Make The Most Of It” tour was completely acoustic, just like their new album of the same name. The band wrapped up the tour in Florida, the second-to-last date being at the Plaza Live in Orlando.
Along with performing plenty of new songs from Make The Most Of It, the band also performed fan favorites from their discography. The crowd lit up for two of the bands most loved hits, both from their 2002 full-length album, Sticks and Stones: “My Friends Over You” and “The Story So Far.” They even performed covers of some slower songs, like The Goo Goo Dolls’ “Iris” and Christina Perri’s “A Thousand Years.”
Even with such a packed setlist, the crowd demanded more after the band stepped off stage. It only took a few minutes for the band to come back on, giving an encore consisting of not just one or two songs – but five songs! The band performed “Broken Sound” from their debut studio album, Nothing Gold Can Stay, another cover of “I’ll Be” by Edwin McCain, and sweetly ended the show with “Dream Born Again” from Make The Most Of It.
New Found Glory hits the road again this summer playing some of the biggest venues alongside The All-American Rejects – don’t miss out if they’re coming to your city!
