K.Flay: supporting grandson

Alternative singer K.Flay performed an incredible set at The Masquerade in Atlanta, Georgia, supporting grandson on his “I Love You, I’m Trying” tour. The genre-bending singer is no stranger to the stage, and has been making music for over a decade now. The bill of artists on the “I Love You, I’m Trying” tour is full of multi-hyphenates, allowing listeners who enjoy a variety of genres to find a new favorite artist.

K.Flay captivated the crowd immediately, starting off the set strong with her song, “The President Has A Sex Tape,” from her 2017 full-length album, Every Where Is Some Where. Throughout the set, K.Flay performed a handful of other songs from this album, including “High Enough,” which is undoubtedly her biggest hit, with over 300 million Spotify streams. After a Rage Against the Machine cover, and a few selections from her 2022 album, Inside Voices / Outside Voices, K.Flay brought her set to a close with her newest single, “Raw Raw.” K.Flay is the epitome of alternative, branching out into a variety of genres, matched with unique lyrics.
