Omeara (London, England)

Joyce Cisse, the name behind flowerovlove, is a true generational artist. The 17-year-old from South London is on the rise with her nostalgic and dreamy pop music. Her first song was released just in 2020, and she’s already amassed over 500,000 monthly listeners on Spotify, growing more and more with every release.
On February 24th, flowerovlove performed at the Omeara venue in London, England. The first thing I noticed when her set began was how the fans present were craving to feel something – to sing her songs out loud and to feel a part of something. Joyce is an incredible songwriter, and does not lack confidence at all on stage. She performed some fan favorites, including “Hannah Montana” and “Malibu,” along with new releases like “Love You” which was released as a single just a few weeks prior.
flowerovlove engaged with the crowd throughout the entire show, but the best moment was when she brought a little girl on stage and had everyone in the room cheer for her. She says it’s something she does at every show, seemingly to encourage someone who may need it, and create a warm sense of community in the room.
It’s extremely rare these days to find artists who really know how to keep the stage properly, and it’s clear that flowerovlove was meant to be there.
