In the heart of Nashville, Tennessee this past Monday, indie-rock artist Blondshell brought her “My Home Is Your Playground” tour to the Blue Room. Rock band Hello Mary opened the night with a sparkling set to remember. The three-piece band consisting of Stella, Helena, and Mikaela dazzled the stage with their incredible upbeat energy and hauntingly beautiful melodies. They played tracks from their latest beautiful self-titled record (a perfect listen) as well as songs from throughout their discography. Hello Mary left the audience flustered for more
Headlining, Sabrina Teitelbaum – better known as Blondshell – started their set with songs everyone in the room could relate to. Her music is stunning, the lyrics are so real and honest, and you already know everyone in the front row was dancing throughout the whole night. Blondshell performed songs from throughout her discography as well as a few covers that made this night so special. A surprise guest, Samia, made a sweet appearance to perform her song “Charm You,” as a duet with Sabrina in an incredible soft-rock influenced cover. Blondshell’s sold out Blue Room show was an unforgettable night and had all of Nashville talking about it by the end of the day.
