Ben Kessler’s highly anticipated headline show in New York City kicked off with the crowd chanting “BENNY” over and over, more than ready for his performance at the Mercury Lounge. Based in Nashville, TN and freshly off tour supporting Lizzy McAlpine, Ben ended the year with two headlining shows - one in L.A. and one in NYC! He performed plenty of fan favorites, including “Concrete” and “Default,” as well as songs from his new E.P., Violet, that had the audience lost in emotion. His set also included a cover of “Chasing Cars” by Snow Patrol that the crowd belted the lyrics to. Ben’s excitement to be on stage was radiant, and the mix of his fans and friends in the crowd made for an all-around wholesome experience. The energy in the room and the intimacy of the venue allowed everyone to have a great time. Ben is undoubtedly an artist to keep your eyes (and ears) out for in 2023!
